I have some exciting news. Ozarks Maven has just added another country to the list of those in which it has readers. This blog has now been read in sixty countries!
When I started Ozarks Maven a little less than three years ago, I had no idea what to expect. I wanted a platform from which to share my little seeds of wisdom and joy. In other words, I wanted to share my knowledge of things to make life a little easier and spread some happiness.
Another goal for my blog was to share my work and news regarding my writing career. I’ve been blessed with several publications and contest victories since Ozarks Maven’s inception, and I shared the news here as I learned of each honor.
As this blog grows, I hope I’m able to bring more down-home Ozarks wisdom and wholesome happiness to more and more readers. One thing I’ll be continuing is my author spotlights. Reader reaction has been positive, and I’m a big believer in bringing authors you may or may not know to your attention.
Thank you, my dear readers, for your enthusiastic response to Thursday’s Author Spotlight on Terry Zahniser McDermid. Ozarks Maven received a record number of views on Thursday and more today. I hope you all consider her books next time you’re looking for a heart-warming read.
I’m thrilled with the success of the post. Terry is a talented writer, and I’m happy to be able to help introduce her to new readers. She shared our interview in her various groups on social media to glowing responses.
I’ll be posting about another author next week. S.V. Farnsworth has a new book launching, and I’m excited to share those details with you soon.
Thank you for your continued readership and support of Ozarks Maven. I shall do my utmost to keep things interesting, share some Ozarks wisdom, and bring you a little joy.
